The new hospital campus will be the healthcare destination of choice and will transform the health experience of the community.  Hospital CEO has to find a balance in managing day-to-day operations while leading to strategic development initiatives required for long term success.

We plan to achieve it by setting standards for operational excellence. We strive for harmony among diverse group of people working in hospital environment to ensure smooth, efficient and comprehensive working of the entire hospital. We believe in leadership while creating a positive and productive culture.

My strategic goals include continuous improvement, patient safety and accreditation. I would like to bring the hospitality approach to Shifaa to have better outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
